BUS ACCIDENTS
Two types: First type, caused by aerodynamics. This is when change in air pressure sucks the cyclist in and under the bus. Second type, the bus’s massive size makes it difficult to see the cyclist. Making a collision more likely.

You are riding along and crash because of road defect, inadequate warning. If the responsible party is the municipality example city of Los Angeles or Federal Property, you have 6 months to file a claim. They have government immunity.
DOORING
This happens when the cyclist is riding along and a car passenger suddenly swings their door open, either in front of the cyclist or towards the side of the cyclist, striking the rider on the side, knocking them down or into traffic
